Having served as the athlete village for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, the Heritage Commons Residence Halls at the University of Utah boast suite-style accommodations while preserving a rich atmosphere. Built in 2000, Heritage Commons is constructed primarily of brick, with stately white trim lending an appropriate scholarly air to the buildings even when students are away for summer vacation. Conference groups from all over the world choose to stay at Heritage Commons year after year, thanks to the sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley and the chocolate peaks of the Wasatch Range as a backdrop to the practical convenience and variety of lodging options.

The residence hall has single and shared double rooms available. Single suites contain two or four bedrooms, each bedroom has one single bed, and a shared bathroom within the suite (no more than 2 individuals share a bathroom).
