Oral Abstract Presentations

Accepted oral abstracts will be given a 12 minute talk and a 3 minute question and answer session.

Speaker Check-In
  • Speakers must use computers provided by the Workshop for their presentations.
  • All computers provided by the Workshop will be equipped with MAC OS 10.6, Microsoft Office Mac Pro 2008 or Windows XP PRO and Office 2007.
  • PowerPoint is the only acceptable presentation format.
  • Presentations not submitted in the times designated below may result in your talk not being accompanied by graphics.
  • Bring your presentation on a CD or USB stick to the speaker check-in room, the Green Room in the lower level of Kingsbury Hall.

Poster presentation space is limited to the dimensions of 44 in x 44 in (112 cm x 112 cm).

The Workshop will supply the push-pins needed to affix the posters to the display boards.
