ABSTRACT SUBMITTER REGISTRATION


Authors submitting abstracts must first complete registration for the Workshop. A link to submit an abstract will be provided in your registration confirmation. The abstract submission deadline is Friday, April 2, 2010. Submission of one abstract is included in your registration fee. A single author may submit more than one abstract for a fee of US $100 per additional abstract. If you plan to submit more than one abstract, you must note this on your Workshop Registration Form and pay the additional fee.

GENERAL REGISTRATION


Workshop registration will close on Tuesday, July 20, 2010; on-site registration will be accepted on a space-available basis. Underrepresented minorities are particularly encouraged to attend.

Registration by Friday, April 2, 2010 $750.00
Registration after Friday, April 2, 2010 $850.00
Additional Abstract Fee $100.00
Companion Banquet Ticket $85.00
Companion Meal Package $275.00

Workshop registration fee includes:

  • Submission of one (1) abstract
  • Name badge and entry to all symposia, workshops and poster sessions
  • Abstract book
  • Opening reception Saturday evening
  • All scheduled workshop meals (4 lunches, 3 dinners)
  • Closing Banquet on Wednesday

LETTER OF INVITATION


Persons who have registered to attend the International Herpesvirus Workshop may request a Letter of Invitation for use in visa applications. Email a request to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and include the following information: Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Nationality. Information on U.S. visa requirements and visa application can be found on the website at http://travel.state.gov/visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Written cancellation received by Monday, July 5, 2010 entitles registrant to a full refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 5, 2010, but substitutions may be made until the start of the Workshop. Refunds of credit card payments must be made to the same account used for the payment.
