The airport is a 10-minute drive outside Salt Lake City. Airport Bank & Cash Machines Zions Bank operates a full-service bank in the lobby of Terminal Two. ATMs are located throughout the airport that access the major bank card networks including: Nova, Plus, American Express, Cirrus, Visa, MasterCard and Star. Cancellation Policy You must cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance to avoid charge. Shuttle Check-In The Xpress shuttle desk is located near baggage claim 7 on the ground level of the airport. Accommodation Check-In Locations: Residence hall, request the Heritage Center. Residence hall (after midnight and before 06:00), request the University Guest House. Additional Ground Transportation MethodsAirport Ground Transportation Desk - 1.801.575.2477Public TransitUTA Transit Authority (Public Transit Information) www.rideuta.com 1.801.287.4636 A UTA bus leaves the airport for the city center every 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes from 19:00 until midnight. Taxi ServiceTaxi service booths are located outside of door #7 in Terminal One and door #11 in Terminal Two. Services for passengers with disabilities are readily available, though it is recommended to make advance reservations.

Driving Directions Click here for driving directions from the airport to IHW accommodations. Hotel Parking Overnight parking at the Marriott University Park and the University Guest House are free for hotel guests. Attendees staying in the Residence Hall can overnight park in the Officer's Club parking lot located on 150 Fort Douglas Boulevard. Campus Parking Parking is free anywhere on campus Saturday and Sunday. All parking lots are regulated Monday - Friday. Permitted parking is available to Workshop attendees in the "A" lots with the purchase of a parking permit. Parking permits will be sold at Workshop Registration for $20.00, (cash, no credit cards accepted) on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. The permits are valid Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you do not purchase an "A" pass prior to registration closing on Sunday, the only option is limited metered parking. Click here to see a map of the "A" permit parking lots. Transportation around Salt LakeThe TRAXThe TRAX is a quick and easy way to get from the University of Utah to downtown Salt Lake City. Click here for a map of the TRAX routes. The TRAX is $2.00/one way. Tickets can be purchased on the train platform and are CASH ONLY. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. Change is provided in ($1) one dollar coins. The last TRAX line to return to the University of Utah departs downtown slightly after 23:00. Key University of Utah TRAX Stations The Stadium 1349 E 500 S stop is the best place to pick up the TRAX after the poster sessions in Rice Eccles Stadium. For attendees staying at the Marriott, the free Marriott shuttle will pick up from this stop. Fort Douglas 200 S. Wasatch Drive is the closest TRAX stop to the University Guest House or the Residence Halls.
