IHW 2010 Travel SupportPre-meeting Travel SupportTravel support will be provided to up to 30 graduate students and post-doctoral fellows selected from among those who submit abstracts EARLY by Friday, March 19, 2010 and indicated on the registration form that they would like to be considered for an award. Notification of awards will be sent on Friday, May 14, 2010. Funds will be distributed to the primary investigator of the awardee. Only abstracts submitted by the early abstract submission deadline of Friday, March 19 will be considered for this support. Workshop registration must be completed before abstracts can be submitted. Register Now!Post-meeting Travel SupportTravel support may also become available following the meeting, but will depend on availability of funds. Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who indicate a desire for support and have submitted abstracts by the April 2 deadline will be considered for post-meeting travel awards. If you submitted your abstract by the March 19 deadline, you will still be considered for post-meeting travel support if you are not selected for pre-meeting travel support. |
