Workshop Registration

Includes submission of one (1) abstract, name badge and entry to all symposia, workshops and poster sessions, registration materials, 4 lunches, Opening Reception and Closing Banquet (Banquet requires pre-registration).

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend IHW 2025, you may:

 

  • Send a Substitute

Know someone else who is interested in attending? Substitution requests can be made simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be initiated by the original registrant until the pre-registration deadline or at the onsite registration desk. A unique registration link will be shared upon the substitution request to allow the substituting registrant to select any optional individual items and to process payment for the $50 substitution fee. Optional individual items (such as the banquet or an excursion) are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made prior to the cancellation deadline of 20 June 2025. 

 

  • Request a Refund

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 20 June 2025 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 20 June 2025. Optional individual items (such as the banquet or an excursion) can be refunded if request is made prior to the cancellation deadline of 20 June 2025. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

 

If for any reason the Workshop should be cancelled, IHW 2025 will refund the registration fee in full within 90 days of cancellation. The Workshop is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

 

Method of Payment

All workshop registrations require payment and you may submit payment by credit card or check. Payments not received within 30 days of the registration order will result in a cancellation of the order.

 

If you are paying by credit card, the vendor on your statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.

 

If you are paying by check, please indicate the registrant's name and reference number on the check and mail it to the following address:

For payment by bank wire transfer, email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to receive an invoice via email containing the bank account information needed to arrange the funds transfer. Only non-US institutions may request to pay by direct bank transfer. A $35 USD processing fee will be added to the invoice.
