Room Rates

€150 per night (+ taxes and fees) for single/double occupancy

Reservations can be made at the group rate until XXX, or until the group block is sold out; whichever occurs first. 

If you have trouble booking your reservation, it may be due to specific sold-out dates. You are encouraged to adjust your reservation request to align with the hotel's availability. The group block has sold out in past years, so you are encouraged to make your reservations early.

Fitness Center: The Estrel Berlin offers a fitness and wellness area with a gym and sauna facilities. Access is complimentary for hotel guests.

Parking:

• Self-Parking: Available on-site for a fee.
• Valet Parking: Not available.
   

Early Departure Fee: If you wish to shorten your stay, please inform the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a potential fee.
 

Late Check-out Fee: Complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available upon request. Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
 

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.
 

Smoke-free:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
