The easiest way to register for the 2004 International Herpesvirus Workshop is online. Simply select the "Register Online Now" button below. Registering online requires payment by credit card. If you need to pay by check, select the "Print Registration Form" button below, complete the form, and mail it in with your check.

Your registration for the Workshop includes:

• Submission of one (1) abstract (if registered by April 15, 2004)
• Name badge and entry to all symposia, workshops, poster sessions
• Abstract book
• Opening reception Sunday evening
• All scheduled meals (Continental breakfast Mon-Fri, Lunch Mon-Fri, Dinner on Mon., Tue., Thu.)
• Excursion of your choice Wednesday afternoon (additional fee required for selected activities)
• Closing banquet Friday evening
