HOW TO MAKE A HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
In order to receive the negotiated hotel rates for IHW attendees, all reservations must be made through MILTOURS DMC Portugal.

GENERAL HOTEL POLICY

• Room reservations and other arrangements are subject to cancellation by the hotel without any compensation if deposits are not received in accordance to the schedule.
• On April 26^th 2008, all room blocks, with the exception of the Sana Estoril Hotel,   not guaranteed with the one night deposit effectively received, will be released without penalties. From this date on to the Congress date, all new room requests will be dealt “on request” basis and subject to both, hotels’ availability and rates. After April 26^th 2008, the Special Congress hotel rates no longer apply.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with one night deposit.
• All payments except for the one night guarantee are to made directly to the hotel by the Attendee.
• The Special Congress room rates are guaranteed on all room bookings effectively made with the one night deposit until the 26^th April 2008.
• Check in time is 14:00
• Check out time is 12:00 (noon)
• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date, are subject to one night penalty fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a penalty of the full period reserved.

INDIVIDUAL HOTEL POLICIES

Saboia*

• Hotel reservations must be made by April 26^th, 2008 to receive the special rate. 
• All reservations must be guaranteed with one night deposit.
• All payments except for the one night guarantee are to made directly to the hotel by the Attendee.
• Cancellations made from 60 days prior to the arrival date, are subject to one night penalty fee.
• Cancellations made from 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to two nights penalty fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a penalty of the full period reserved.

Sana Estoril*

• Hotel reservations must be made by January 26^th, 2008 to receive the special rate.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with one night deposit.
• All payments except for the one night guarantee are to made directly to the hotel by the Attendee.
• Any cancellation made between six months from the arrival, and the arrival day, will be charged in full.
