Participation is open to all persons interested in Herpesvirus and related diseases. Those who wish to attend the Workshop should fill in the registration form and return it to the Workshop Managers. Please go to the Registration section of the website to complete your form and pay.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Workshop must register.

REGISTRATION

Conference participants can register on-line by clicking on "Registration Form" and entering the information as requested, or by printing out the Registration Form, entering the information, and faxing or mailing as indicated. Conference registration includes Saturday Welcome Reception; Sunday-Thursday lunches; Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday dinners; Poster Sessions; refreshment breaks; and conference materials. The deadline for Early Registration is June 1st.

REGISTRATION REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration refunds will be provided minus a $40.00 administration fee, if requests are received prior to June 1st. No refunds can be provided after June 1st.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing with the conference confirmation.

You will not receive any other publications before the Workshop. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Workshop. At the Workshop you will receive the final program, the book of published abstracts/workshop documentation and a list of participants.

Entrance To Workshop

Each member of the Workshop will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.

Letter Of Invitation

On request, the Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Workshop. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organizer to provide financial support. Please complete the relevant section of the registration form to request a letter.

Registration And Tours Desk

The Registration and Tours Desks will be located in the main lobby of the Monona Terrace Convention Center located at 1 John Nolen Drive and will be operating as indicated below.
